Briner Building was responsible for the complete design, turnkey construction and management of JC’s Coldwater Center. This project involved the construction of a 20,841 square foot strip retail center.

The building was constructed using a Butler Wide System, MR-24 Standing Seam roof with thermal blocks and architectural block and brick.

The facility will be used as both the 4-H community center and 4-H offices and was constructed using a Butler Widespan System, MR-24 Standing Seam and BRII 26 gauge panel.

The building was constructed using a Butler Widespan System, MR-24 Standing Seam, BRII 26 gauge panel, “Kore-Teck” insulated wall system and composite wood siding.

Rock-Tenn Converting Company

Briner Building was responsible for the complete removal and new construction of the manufacturing area of Rock-Tenn Converting Company.

This new addition will be used for the processing and manufacturing of cardboard and was constructed using a Butler Widespan System, CMR-24, BRII 26 gauge panel, 2” insulation board and fiberglass liner panels.
