Energy efficient Briner Buildings will save you money by taking advantage of EPAC tax credits and the on going lower operating utility cost. EPAC strives to save 50% on your utility cost which is substancial over the 50 year plus life expectancy of the Briner building.
A. T. Ferrell - 8,175 SF New Addition, 48,630 SF Changed Out Lights And Heating With Air Rotation And T-5 Lighting. Cost $70,000 Tax credit $70,000 - Actual Energy Savings from Dec. 08 to Apr. 09 - $9,677.37.
Star Engineering - 36,382 SF received the full $1.80/SF tax credit with their new Briner building totaling $65,487.00
